By ordering SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) products & services you agree to the following:
Cancellation Fee!
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or postponements. Any cancellations or postponements made thereafter will incur a $50 charge.
Turnaround Time!
Service available 7 days a week. However, turn around time guarantee not available Friday through Sunday and Saturday holidays. SRhomeMaxx reserves the right to modify or change conditions at time of order.
Travel Fee!
Our studio is located in Scarborough. There will be a long distance driving charge for some areas. For example TRAVEL WITHIN 25 KM RETURN IS FREE ANYTHING OVER 25KM RETURN IS $0.50 PER KM .
24 Hour Booking / Scheduling Notice for Photography & Video
To ensure adequate preparation and travel time, bookings can only be made for dates occurring 24 hours after your request. Thank you for your understanding.
Select drone services based on prevailing weather conditions.
Please consider long-term weather forecasts when choosing a drone package. For safety reasons, we cannot operate drones in high winds, rain, or snow. If adverse weather conditions arise after selecting a drone package, you will be refunded the drone fee.
Payment
Payment is made within 7 days of the invoice date for all charges and services provided, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. Accounts not paid within 15 days will be sent to a third party collection agency.
Late Payment Fee : A grace period of 5 days beyond the due date will be allowed. If payment is not received within this grace period, a late fee of $25 or 1.5% of the invoice amount per month (whichever is greater) will be applied to the outstanding balance.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Additional fees may be incurred for our services which can include: travel fees outside of our normal service area and parking costs.
Appointments
Clients of SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) are responsible for the following when the home is being filmed and/or photographed:
- That the property is available to SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) employees at the confirmed time of the appointment.
- The employee will photograph/film the property “as-is”, whatever the condition of the property when the employee arrives. Any staging or cleaning is to be done prior to the employee’s arrival.
- The employee will not risk injury to themselves or any other person or animal nor risk damage to any part of the property or contents.
- The photographs/filming will be done using the existing weather conditions unless otherwise agreed upon prior to arrival.
- If the client, agent or seller is not pleased with the resulting photographs or film of the property because of the condition of the property, contents or the property not being ready for photos, the property may be reshot, however, reshoot fees will apply.
General
- All files will be hosted for one year from the date photographed unless otherwise requested.
- It is the policy of SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) not to remove, retouch or in any way modify any structure or content of any property using editing software from photographs or video. This policy may be waived when applied to structures or contents that are not permanent (for example: garbage cans, temporary signs, wall sockets, paint marks) and will be modified before the property is sold. This is to prevent the end-user from being deceived as to the actual condition of the property. Additional fees may apply to such post-production work.
- If the client, agent or seller request additional photos or services because of weather or seasonal changes, or request substitute or additional photographs or video be taken, additional fees may apply.
- Each job will be considered closed and ready for invoicing 24 hours from the time the photos and/or video are delivered. Any changes or requests for additional services is to be communicated to SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) within 1 week of receiving the photos/videos. After 1 week additional charges may apply.
Copyright
- All images and video taken by SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) remain the property of SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi). SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) grants its clients the rights to use any photographs and video taken by SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) for the client’s exclusive benefit. However, the photographs and/or video may not be sold or given to any other person, agent or seller without the written permission of SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi). Common areas such as, but not limited to local parks, schools, shopping and Condominium building exteriors and amenities are considered Stock Photography/Video owned by SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi).
Limits Of Liability
- SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi) photographs and video are a representation of the property, and we neither determine nor verify the accuracy of the property or contents with regards to colour accuracy, placement, scale, dimension or contents included in the permanent structure of the property. (This accuracy can be difficult or impossible to determine because of differences in light sources, lack of knowledge of the property and contents etc.)
- SRHomeMaxx (SRfotografi), and any of its agents, employees or contractors are not responsible for delays or failures to provide service, or damages outside of our control (for example: acts of God, floods, fire, road, railway or aircraft traffic conditions, weather conditions, acts of terrorism).
How to Prepare a Home for Real Estate Photos / Video Tour
INTERIOR:
1. Clear & Clean Kitchen Counters & Sink
2. Clear & Clean Bathroom Sinks, Tubs, and Showers
3. Replace Burned Out Light Bulbs
4. Turn On All Lights Throughout The Entire House
5. Open All Window Treatments
6. Remove Unnecessary Furniture & Decorations
7. Remove Floor Mats and Runners
8. Turn All Ceiling Fans, TVs, and Computer Screens Off
9. Clear Appliance Surfaces of Magnets and Clutter
10. Make All of the Beds
11. Put All Shoes & Jackets in Closets
12. Clear All Night Stands and Dressers
13. Remove ALL Pet Items
EXTERIOR:
1. Park vehicles away from the house or in the garage.
2. Freshen up landscaping.
3.Remove trash, branches, leaves, etc.
4. Remove dead plants, trees, etc.
5. Sweep outdoor space and walkways.
6. Remove visible foliage from the roof and gutters.
7. Spread fresh mulch.
8. Remove debris, hose, and toys from the pool.
9. Store outdoor trash and recycling bins - it is best to place them in a garage area in an outside shed for the photoshoot.
10. Store garden hoses and caddy.
11. Store outdoor tools, equipment, and so on.
12. Store toys, bikes, etc.
13. Store BBQ and accessories or clean it.
14. Wash windows and glass doors.
15. Clean outdoor furniture.
16. Place pillows, umbrellas, etc., on outdoor furniture.
17. Straighten outdoor furniture.
18. Store seasonal decor.
19. Mow the grass, rake up leaves, pull weeds, and remove any dead vegetation.
